  • How much are custom cookies?
    Custom cookies are priced based on size, design complexity, and any special requests: Regular Size Cookies: Start at $55-$60 per dozen (price increases for intricate designs like metallics, florals, or custom artwork). Logos: Start at $55 per dozen. Character Cookies: Start at $65 per dozen. Mini Cookies (2”): $25 per dozen (available as an add-on only). Gluten-Free Cookies: Start at $60-$65 per dozen. For an accurate quote, feel free to reach out with your design ideas!
  • Is there an order minimum?
    Yes, there is an order minimum: Regular Size Cookies: One dozen minimum. Mini Cookies: Two dozen minimum.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes! A 50% deposit is required to secure your order, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before pickup. Please note: Orders are not scheduled without a deposit.
  • How are the cookies packaged?
    All cookies are individually heat-sealed to maintain freshness and neatly boxed by the dozen. Need gift packaging or custom tags? Let me know, and I’ll provide a custom packaging quote to meet your needs!
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, I deliver within Visalia, CA for an additional fee.
  • How soon should I place my order?
    A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for all orders. The earlier you book, the better the chances of availability! Rush Orders: Orders placed with less than one week’s notice are subject to a $10 per dozen rush fee.
  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    I require a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. The earlier you inquire about your order the greater the chance of availability! Cookies orders less than one week will have a rush fee of $10 per dozen.
  • What information should I include when placing an order?
    When submitting an inquiry or email, please include: Pick-Up Date (Note: This is not your event date; it’s the date you plan to pick up your cookies). Theme/Occasion (e.g., 1st Birthday, Rustic Wedding, Garden Baby Shower). Quantity of cookies needed. Inspiration/Reference Images (optional) to help establish your preferred style. This information allows me to check availability and brainstorm design ideas tailored to your event!
  • Can you replicate a cookie design I found online?
    While I cannot duplicate another baker’s work, inspiration photos are helpful to establish the look and feel you want. I’ll create a custom design that aligns with your theme, décor, or color scheme while ensuring it’s uniquely yours!
  • What is your refund or cancellation policy?
    Refunds are available for canceled orders based on the following conditions: One week or more before pickup: Full refund. 4-7 days before pickup: 50% refund (supplies and materials will already have been purchased). Less than 4 days before pickup: No refund. Need to reschedule? I’m happy to check availability and transfer your order to a new pickup date.
  • How long do cookies stay fresh?
    Individually heat-sealed cookies stay fresh for up to two weeks. Want to save them longer? You can freeze the sealed cookies for up to 2-3 months.
  • Are your cookies allergen-free?
    My cookies are made in a kitchen that is not allergen-free. Traditional sugar cookies are vanilla-based and may contain common allergens. Gluten-Free Options: Available upon request for an additional fee. If you have specific concerns, please reach out to discuss ingredients and options!
